People Operations delivers transactional and strategic support across the entire human capital lifecycle. We are trusted advisors who deliver innovative and scalable human capital solutions. The team consists of 7 functional teams primarily based in Tampa, FL. The Recruitment Services & Onboarding team provides operational support to the US, Mexico & Canadian firms across disciplines including interview scheduling, offer letters, new joiner onboarding, compliance and offboarding.

1 year(s) of experience in Human Resources or similar field.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates some knowledge of, and/or proven record of success in, roles, supporting campus and experienced recruiting lifecycles, preferably for a global network of professional services firms.

Demonstrates some ability, and/or proven record of success in, providing operational support for entry level and experienced recruiting lifecycles, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:

  • Providing administrative support for the recruiting process, which includes, but is not limited to: scheduling candidate interviews; identifying appropriate staff members to participate in the interviews; updating the recruitment tracking system; and managing the necessary communications with candidates;

  • Assisting with the generation of candidates for assigned openings including screening resumes, as needed;

  • Maintaining file completeness and quality control standards that are compliant with the Records Management policy;

  • Creating and maintaining process documentation; and,

  • Utilizing relevant technology, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Lotus Notes, Google and other firm sponsored web-based technologies.
