  • Exhibiting project management skills, effective prioritization, and time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;

  • Creating and conveying a value proposition (oral or written) using external data, including ability to identify the issue (prepare and listen), share insights, validate findings, and present results;

  • Understanding and conveying contract terms and conditions, including restricted use;

  • Managing, setting priorities, and collaborating across the delivery teams;

  • Using judgment to foresee issues based on the approach and understanding the impact of issues/ideas as they relate to the firm's strategic initiatives and objectives;

  • Problem solving using written and verbal communication skills;

  • Managing budget and collecting and analyzing data to communicate return on investment and impact;

  • Creating professional networks, building relationships, organizing and collaborating with individuals at all levels of seniority and lines of the organization; and,
