You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our Information Technology Development team helps develop and supports internal information technology systems and applications for use by all staff levels. You’ll help our team develop programmes and applications that cater to PwC’s strategic technology needs using your knowledge of technical domains of application.

6 year(s) of progressive roles focused on developing and managing data warehouses, data marts, and data analytics services.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:
Utilizing Lean IT principles and data driven approaches;
Understanding Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, Enterprise Search and Reporting (PowerBI, Tableau);
Utilizing data analytics platforms (Hadoop, BigQuery/BigTable, Map/Reduce);
Understanding NoSQL databases (e.g. DocumentDB, Cloud Datastore, CosmosDB, MongoDB, Casandra, etc.);
Exhibiting experience with Azure Data Factory;
Showcasing experience with Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure SQL Managed Instances;
Understanding Data Integration Tools (SSIS, Informatica, API Management, Enterprise Service Bus, and Rules Engine);
Demonstrating knowledge of Data Modeling & Schema design and development;
Implementing Query analysis and performance optimization;
Understanding of graph database technology (Neo4j);
Showcasing technical understanding that spans multiple platforms and portfolio of applications with demonstrated knowledge of the business strategic priorities in order to resolve complex problems;
Directing a team strategically while leading projects and initiatives related to operations and process improvements with internal staff, contractors and managed service vendors; and,
Supporting and facilitating formal and informal coaching and development activities for employees and coordinating contractors and managed services assignments.
