You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.
Our Information Technology Project Management team collaborates with PwC practice leaders to develop and deliver technology solutions. We provide project management oversight and collaborate with various project resources and vendors to ensure the appropriate methodology is followed, deliverable quality is high, and satisfaction is achieved. Simply put, you’ll solve business problems using technology, work with multiple teams concurrently, and be able to take pride in end to end ownership of a project.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:
Managing infrastructure projects with an oversight in the delivery Structured Cabling, Audio Visual, WAN/LAN, Sound Masking, Premise Security, or Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS);
Sourcing provider led projects within Domain establishing accuracy and completion of the following by the sourcing provider project team (health and status, deliverable(s), financials, etc);
Bringing in necessary leads to address delivery concerns with sourcing provider led project such as Sr. Delivery Manager;
Providing deliverable end-to-end project estimates, and for monitoring quality, health and performance of deliverable(s);
Establishing stakeholders have appropriate training and support documentation for project delivery.
Supporting Service Manager - Sr. Delivery Manager by consulting within territory on pre-project delivery;
Providing Project management of efforts including both PwC led and sourcing provider led;
Owning and delivering end to end project including Project Management Plan/Approach, Stakeholder Management, Scope and Schedule Management, Status Reporting, and Project Procurement and Financial Management (initial estimates, actuals, forecast, estimate to complete);
Creating Communication and Escalation Plan - Standing Meetings, Status Reporting, Escalations;
Managing vendor relationships during project including quality and cost and product acceptance;
Addressing escalated delivery issues; bringing themes and trends to Sr. Delivery Manager;
Engaging directly with project stakeholders and with external teams for issue resolution; and,
Driving continuous quality improvements across territory to facilitate a consistent and positive user experience, through process optimisation, automation and innovation.
