A career in our SAP Data and Analytics practice, within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. In joining our data and analytics team, you’ll work with our clients to leverage SAP applications to transform their data management and governance and analytics processes by enhancing their core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making and corporate strategy.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates proven abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas: consulting, designing, implementing, and leading consulting engagements involving SAP Data and Analytics domain including:

  • Demonstrates proven abilities experience in leading SAP Data & Analytics strategy or implementation projects across multiple business functions such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering and Human Capital focusing on process, technology, and people enablement;

  • Demonstrates thought proven abilities and a proven technical acumen on various state-of-the-art SAP Analytics technologies with a focus on S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, HANA XS applications, Google/Azure/AWS Cloud technologies and visualization tools including SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, Web-Intelligence, Analysis for OLAP/Office, etc.;

  • Demonstrates ability to compare and contrast SAP Data or Analytics solutions and provide a point of view to help clients identify the capabilities to drive business value;

  • Demonstrate thought leadership to drive industry best practices and quality assurance across projects involving SAP Master Data Migration/Management, SAP Data Governance, Planning and Consolidation, Data Warehousing;

  • Demonstrates ability to develop and execute on SAP Data or Analytics transformation roadmaps projects for clients including quantifiable value case and delivery estimates and planning;

  • Demonstrates proven abilities as a team leader driving work to establish business requirements are met;

  • Demonstrates proven abilities to utilize effectively written, verbal, and presentation business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment, including articulating technical concepts to business stakeholders and driving development efforts with clients;

  • Demonstrates proven abilities as a team leader by creating a positive environment, monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner, and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;

  • Demonstrates proven abilities as the point of contact with customers for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, solving software problems, mapping client business requirements, processes, and objectives, and developing necessary product modifications to satisfy customer’s needs;

  • Demonstrates proven abilities to conduct complex and interactive solutioning workshops;

  • Demonstrates proven abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas: experience utilizing technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery, as well as networking in professional organizations; and,

  • Demonstrates proven abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas: reinvesting in the SAP Technology Practice development efforts by building eminence around SAP Solutions and Offerings.
