Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client
Having previous experience using/implementing Adobe Experience Manager;
Having previous experience with content management systems;
Having previous experience with capturing business requirements and clearly articulating to technical/functional team is required;
Having previous experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role;
Having prior program management experience with significant technology component or workstream;
Working with Technical and Business Project Leads and third parties to create and manage multiple work plans;
Creating and managing an issues, risks, action items log and steering committee decks;
Facilitating budgeting process and working with the Project Leads to manage the team budget;
Creating and communicating overall team status and changes effectively;
Confirming teams are working against their weekly targets;
Identifying and resolving issues/risks that may impede progress and escalates, as needed;
Assisting the team with compliance requests and leadership requests, as needed;
Multi-tasking and keeping teams organized in addition to being highly organized & detail oriented;
Holding teams to their respective commitments;
Having prior experience with agile methodology, cloud technology and enterprise software deployments;
Interfacing with necessary teams to liaise between customer needs, use cases impacts and product strategy, sprint planning and release communication/preparation;
Having a proven background in liaising with and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple groups at all levels, including senior stakeholders;
Having experience working with SaaS (software as a service) technology;
Having the ability to self-direct work while managing multiple complex concurrent projects at once;
Having proven written and verbal communication skills; and,
Having an interest and enthusiasm for transformation.
