Strategy and Enablement works with Consulting and Trust and is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing the core processes for managing technology investment intake and strategy firmwide. The Intake Specialist role focuses on administering the processes associated with portfolio management for business-led assets, mobile applications, 3rd party platform investments, as well as strategic project requests relating to the firm’s strategy.

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in:
Supporting the leadership team and investment committee by organizing and maintaining data and processes for the intake of new work necessary for leadership to make informed decisions regarding the prioritization and allocation of resources;
Preparing discussion materials for intake submission calls;
Designing and operationalizing continuous improvements as they relate to processes and data;
Teaming with the Segments, Products and Technology Pillars, and other governing bodies to prioritize and resource the portfolio;
Engaging in special project requests from Products and Technology leadership in areas such as portfolio analysis and roadmap planning;
Maintaining and supporting resourcing, scheduling, and project planning; and,
Developing and maintaining and high visibility portfolio reporting.
