Our team helps guide the overall evolution of the portfolio of products at PwC, from management of the innovation, funnel intaking new ideas, building the business case and design of our new products, to continually evaluating and supporting our existing product portfolios. Product Strategists build out ideas into a vision and business plan for monetization, helping guide leadership towards investment decisions. Product Strategists drive competitive analysis and market intelligence activities to offer insights that translate into strategic product direction and product positioning . They validate the line of sight to generating revenue through assessing Total Addressable Market, supporting the design and execution of Go To Market efforts. Product Strategists facilitate these action plans for moving forward into Build and towards commercialization.

Working with Insights platform GTM lead to create and manage a go to market work plan;
Supporting client outreach programs and setting up go to market planning sessions
Contribute to creating go to market material (pitch deck, demo’s etc)
Creating and managing an issues, risks, and action items log;
Reporting overall team status and establishing teams are working against their weekly targets;
Identifying issues/risks that may impede progress and escalates, as needed;
Anticipating and removing progress impediments;
Assisting the team with compliance requests and leadership requests, as needed;
Multi-tasking and keeping teams organized in addition to being highly organized;
Tracking and communicating status changes and updates effectively;
Tracking issues/risks effectively and helping resolve blockers to keep the team moving;
Holding the team to their commitments;
Orchestrating, facilitating, and keeping meetings on course to make the appropriate use of everyone’s time;

Drafting and tracking budgets;
