Additional Educational Requirements :

In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

Additional Educational Preferences :

Degrees in Science or Engineering may be considered.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Candidates should demonstrate some knowledge of, and/or proven success in roles involving, operations management, including operationalizing business strategies and transforming the value chain functions from product development through supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, and providing product support.

Proven functional knowledge and prior roles in areas such as Research & Development, Marketing, Manufacturing, Service, Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality is preferred. Proven success in roles involving medical devices, diagnostics, or other medical technologies including medical software is preferred. Demonstrates some proven knowledge and success with leadership, strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, individual initiative, and the following areas: – Teaming with others, including building solid and collaborative relationships with team members, contributing to innovation, and proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback;

– Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests and interviews for information, creating materials that effectively communicate results and implications, and communicating potential conflicts; and,

– Demonstrating aptitude for conducting market research and quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data including the timely synthesis of qualitative data into meaningful insights and the ability to readily grasp analytical frameworks and employ them effectively to either qualitative or quantitative evidence.
