CPA License, Level 3 of the CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality A State Certified Appraiser License, Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA) or achieve certification of CRE, CRI and/or CCIM, CHA, or PMP

BA/BS degree in GIS, economics, real estate or another relevant field is required

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including:

  • Executing geographically-informed portfolio analyses;

  • Using machine learning to create trend/prediction forecasts;

  • Creating weather & climate impact assessments;

  • Adding GIS perspective to our teams supporting M&A transactions;

  • Analyzing and making recommendations to retail establishments based on market data;

  • Performing target market analysis;

  • Decomposing variance on existing locations to determine value drivers and plausible mechanisms;

  • Modeling potential new locations to predict viability/profitability;

  • Creating internal and external spatial data strategies that are informed by knowledge of spatial data;

  • Driving business development by proactively seeking out client opportunities through existing external network or by leveraging existing relationships within the firm;

  • Creating and leading proposal response materials for client opportunities;

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, including financial management;

  • Interacting directly with prospective clients;

  • Developing thought leadership;

  • Interacting and collaborating virtually with national team;

  • Teaming with other PwC advisory teams such as tax and HR to bring a holistic approach to clients;

  • Leading development of technology solutions;

  • Leading and manage projects; and,

  • Training, coaching, and supervising staff.
