Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:

  • Assessing existing business processes to identify opportunities for process redesign and automation;

  • Providing thought leadership when applying methodologies and managing functional project elements;

  • Leveraging process improvement and reengineering concepts, such as Lean, Lean-Sigma, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to implement proven approaches in engagement delivery;

  • Demonstrating understanding of leading practices in functional areas such as Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain, EMR/EHR, and other critical Payer and Provider operations;

  • Designing and delivering innovative solutions from concept through implementation in a complex environment;

  • Understanding the application of analytics and automation solutions such as UiPath, AWS, Microsoft, and other technologies;

  • Supporting development of internal control and business process automations;

  • Designing documentation, performing automation and analytics development, and creating automation change management collateral;

  • Performing analysis and diagnosis of client issues;

  • Demonstrating a understanding of client environment and overall project scope;

  • Identifying and solving problems using analysis, experience, and judgment;

  • Performing and managing tasks to execute project tasks and deliverables;

  • Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts at executive level through individual team member of both business and technical disciplines;

  • Leading a key workstream in an engagement(s), staying educated on current trends and assisting in the development of knowledge capital;

  • Collaborating and leading business development teams responsible for writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients;

  • Managing project planning, engagement administration, budget management, and successful completion of engagement workstream(s);

  • Supporting teams with the design and implementation of continuous improvement processes through either Lean, Lean-Sigma, Six Sigma, or Kaizen events;

  • Working with development teams using Agile methodologies; and,

  • Working with digital solutions, such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Python, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft, AWS

  • Understanding of business operations of Payer and/or Provider industries;

  • Developing automation solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, Python, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft, AWS, and other automation technologies; and,

  • Working in data/process automation or software development in developing web applications and client/server applications.
