Additional Responsibilities :
Our commodity management and operations consultants advises clients on overall management and performance of their business with a focus in physical and financial commodity trading and marketing, operating assets and managing operational compliance and market risks in the physical and related derivative markets. This industry vertical team includes clients within industrial products, Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Agriculture, and Mining sectors.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or proven record of success in implementing process improvement solutions and trading and risk management systems, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:
Possessing knowledge with Physical Commodities (Oil, Fuels, NGLs, Natural Gas, LNG, Coal, Metals, Agriculture, Power, Freight, and other bulk commodities);
Possessing knowledge with Risk strategy and policies;
Possessing knowledge with Compliance requirements;
Possessing knowledge with organizational and process design for Front, Middle, and Back Office operations; and,
Possessing knowledge with Energy/Commodities Trading and Risk Management systems (including, but not limited to OpenLink Endur & RightAngle, Allegro, SAP, eka, FIS, TriplePoint, Brady, Amphora).
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in supporting both functional and technical CTRM / ETRM projects focusing on process improvement, assessments and implementation of solutions such as:
Possessing knowledge with Allegro, RightAngle, Endur, SAP and other similar tools;
Identifying and addressing client needs;
Participating actively in client discussions and meetings;
Communicating a broad range of firm services;
Managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues;
Performing as a team leader;
Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;
Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner;
Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;
Conducting business analysis, including functional and/or technical design;
Leveraging PC applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes, where applicable; and,
Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.
