Our team helps business leaders design survey programmes that deliver meaningful insight into attitudes and behaviours that will improve business outcomes. Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

  • Generating new business, proposal writing and delivery in the area of Human Resource, Management, Employee Experience Measurement, Employee Listening, Competency Modeling or People Analytics Consulting or Workforce Analytics Consulting;

  • Working with complex modeling based on employee data, employee survey results, and quantitative statistical analysis;

  • Experience working with statistical software, SQL and data visualizations software;

  • Problem-solving including the ability to clearly define problems, collect data (primary and secondary), establish facts, draw valid conclusions and influence others to implement recommendations;

  • Working with and leading multiple projects, with a demonstrated initiative in starting, managing and completing multiple concurrent projects;

  • Performing advanced research and analysis, as well as program, project, and process management; and,

  • Presenting information, including the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to leadership using extensive oral communication and interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in a professional services environment utilizing automation & digitization in a professional services environment, including but not limited to:

  • Ability and/or a proven record of success in general HR industry leading practices and ways to optimize its effectiveness within a business.; and,

  • Ability and/or a proven record of success with technical skills in the area of HR and workforce measurement including setting measurement standards, project managing data collection and data analysis.

Ability and/or a proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs, including the following areas:

  • Experience participating in client discussions and meetings actively;

  • Proven ability with verbal and written communication skills; and,

  • Understanding project management including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project timelines and budgets with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

  • Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;

  • Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner;

  • Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues; and,

  • Working on multiple projects at one point in time.
