A career in our Tax Reporting and Strategy practice, within Innovation services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients’ tax departments redesign, redefine, and redeploy tax to be a strategic asset across the enterprise. You’ll focus on assisting clients incorporate increased automation in the tax reporting process, increase analytic capabilities through data integration, and create solid internal controls that will enable the Tax function to deliver better quality output and contribute more strategically to organisational decision making.
Our team helps our clients expand the tax role to include research, analytics, and technologies to improve how their organisation collaborates and performs. You’ll focus on enhancing the tax reporting process by incorporating increased automation, integrating quality data, developing analytic capabilities, and utilising technology to deliver better quality output in less time.

In Data Automation we solve complex problems for clients relating to data, analytics and processes across all industries. We are seeking individuals with experience in established and emerging data automation and visualization technologies to lead large solution deployments, and design solutions applying design standards.

Utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements;
Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients;
Innovating through new and existing technologies, willingness to researching and experimenting with new digitization solutions;
Building and managing models using tools within the following categories:;
Demonstrating experience with data analytics/automation tools: Alteryx, Microsoft Power Query, Power Apps;
Analyzing data & Visualization - Tableau, Power BI;
Managing and delivering large scale business/technology transformation projects;
Tackling current state assessment of business problems, blueprinting a future state technology-enabled solution, capturing impact and value;
Participating in organizational design, process improvement utilizing broader business process re-engineering efforts (Lean, workflow design, etc.);

Working with additional data automation platforms - Knime, Talend, Trifacta;
Leading teams delivering in RPA platforms - Automation Anywhere, UiPath;
Working in one or more common programming languages: SAS, SQL, Python, R ;
Working with predictive or descriptive analytics and working with machine learning;
Using and/or having exposure to big data approaches: PySpark, Apache Spark, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Azure ML, Java;
Working with data engineering/data science and other analytics team to establish data sources that serve business needs around analytics & scenario modeling; and,
Demonstrating knowledge of data architecture & data governance in relation to setting up data lakes.
