Required Knowledge and Skills :

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success with creating and delivering Workday Alliance value propositions, strategic direction, internally and externally and proactively align opportunities, which includes the following:

  • Promoting and educating sales, marketing, and staff on Alliance-specific solutions and benefits; and,

  • Assisting with marketing and sales programs that drive revenue, establishing that follow-up activities are taking place.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success managing Alliance-related program schedules and resources, which includes the following:

  • Communicating Alliance initiative progress, issues, and expectations, taking effective and efficient corrective actions whenever necessary;

  • Performing and managing teams and deliverables within a deadline-driven, matrix professional services business environment, while working on a complex workstreams that support operations of a program;

  • Participating in vendor cadence meetings, as well as providing regular updates to overall Alliance team plan;

  • Monitoring and conducting competitive research on Workday Alliance to understand the competitive landscape; and,

  • Establishing appropriate Alliance-related contracts are completed and in place.

Demonstrates extensive ability to contribute to the development of a business vision and manage Workday Alliance-related implementation efforts with complex project management capabilities.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in a role with identifying and addressing client needs, including the following:

  • Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;

  • Communicating value propositions;

  • Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and,

  • Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, including the following:

  • Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust;

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success performing in a role managing, driving the tactical execution and management of Workday Alliance business engagements, especially managing both large and mid-sized client accounts and initiatives simultaneously and/or the various facets of Workday Alliance.

A proven record of success serving as a first point of contact on Alliance-specific initiatives and supporting Workday Alliance-related and Practice leaders with the developing and maintaining active relationships, as well as identifying and executing solutions when partnering, with vendors.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in a role emphasizing, driving the tactical execution and management of Workday Alliance strategic plans and/or initiatives, including the following:

  • Collaborating with cross-sector and cross-service leaders and teams on executing Workday Alliance- related initiatives, including the expansion of Alliance-related programs internally within an organization;

  • Building key relationships with Alliance senior management;

  • Coordinating and executing an annual business planning session and ongoing joint planning sessions and workshops with various stakeholders (especially Alliance-related and business leaders) to manage effectively ongoing strategic alignment;

  • Providing that all necessary Alliance-related certification levels are maintained; and,

  • Meeting regularly with Workday Alliance to determine that marketing and sales campaigns are valuable and effective, including providing for the coordination and alignment to the annual business plans and performance monitoring and/or reporting of metrics.
